Critcially UN-claimed movie director Uwe Boll, famous for making terrible video game to movie adaptations, plans to release "Zombie Massacre" in 2012.

If you don’t know who Uwe Boll is – good. Keep it that way. Don’t Google him, because if you do, you’ll probably see that he’s famous for turning gmaes into movies. Then you might say, “Hey! That’s cool, a Bloodrayne movie!”, and then you may even been inclined to watch it. And after you watch it, you’ll wish you had let a colony of malaria-positive mosquitoes attck your eyeballs instead. Just trying to save you some trouble

I can't say I've ever seen one of his films knowingly, but manyy films stemming from games never turn out great. The only decent VG film recently was Prince of Persia and even then... eh

Clearly the movies make money, so the big production companies don't care how good the movies are. All they care about is profit profit profit

i dont know. according to IMDb, the first Bloodrayne movie cost $25 million and only did around $4 million total worldwide. i cant imagine his other films being much different.

They don't, they really really don't.

He created a film starring Jason Statham, and didn't even break the 1 Million net gross barrier. He is THAT bad.

wait what? Statham? what movie is this, because any movie with Statham usually automatically rules. i even liked Death Race 2000 only for him.

In the name of the king? (I think.)

Yes it was In the Name of the King.

          Source cause I'm a stew: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_the_Name_of_the_King:_A_Dungeon_Siege_Tale

Who the *bleep* thought it was a good idea to trust Uwe Boll with 60 million dollars? Why the hell did Jason Statham, John Rhys-Davies AND Ray Liotta agree to do this? Matthew Lillard I understand, but the rest; NO!

It blows my mind that any of his films have been profitable

Rampage was tight...if not scary for its realism and Postal was pretty much what you would expect from a movie like that.

Uwe Boll has almost proven he has some skills, and after Rampage I'm honestly looking forward to what he has to bring to the table.
