Haze: Xbox 360 Cancelled, Now Playstation 3 Exclusive?

Apparently, the Xbox 360 version of Haze is going to be cancelled and the Playstation 3 will get the game and claim exclusive rights on consoles. The release date is set for November, 2008 with a PC version soon to follow.

How we learned just now in a presentation of the Shooters out of first hand, there will be no XBox 360 Version of Haze. The title is this year yet PS3 exclusive and will appear presumably in November, 2008 will follow a PC version. Further information to the presentation follows tonight.

    Well this would be a surprise if it was true...weren't they comparing the PSN to Live some time ago?

      They were, maybe considering it is true of course they have realised without it being on 2 consoles, they can turn up the settings on the PS3 and use that as a benchmark as to what the PC version will be like, i mean without the 360 on the scene they can uncompress alot of stuff since right now the game will only be seeing a Blu-Ray release.

      You misread, the PS3 version is indeed, this year, but the PC version is the one with the November release...much like what would have happened to the 360 version (Timed exclusive)...

      They really didn't phrase it well, to be fair...I actually had to double check...

    It's just a timed exclusive. Ubisoft is primarily a multiplatform publisher...

      How do you know, got links. Well im finally glad there is no 360 version now they can utilize the PS3 version and really show whats BD are capable of.

          Haha. I guess it's all just to add to hype or something...keep kids in suspense. Maybe to get those who have tracked Haze to get it for the PS3...or get a PS3.

      Exactly, but Volicide still maintains the PS3 release is as November 2008,,,

    It would be mad. What about the pics in the official site, arent they the same quality as a PS3's graphics?
