    Its certainly very underwhelming on the 360, I hear the PS3 crowd are having a much better time.

    Eh there is more to it than just technical limitations.. The console community wouldn't know team work if it hit them in the face.

    I've played the Xbox 360 and PC versions and the communities couldn't be anymore different seriously, the average game on Xbox 360 goes like this;

    "Every man for himself with the squad system being used to merely get to the action faster. Assault players don't understand that they can heal players and will run past downed team mates."

    On the PC;

    "A general feeling of team work, players knowing their role and Assault players realising they can heal and revive players. Use of the squad system logically with players spawning on the guy closest to the objective."

    I am sure DICE figured this out from the meta data from Bad Company 2. Why would they support platforms where the average player doesn't understand the Battlefield ethos and choose to play it like Call of Duty or another generic shooter. Personally the only reason this game is on the consoles at all is because EA want more money, if DICE had the choice it wouldn't be.

    I play many games on Xbox Live extensively and I could not disagree more. It sounds like you are making a generalization based on COD, where the majority of the players do go lone wolf. COD encourages that kind of gampleay. If you get involved in the Halo community or the Gears community people communicate and work together.

      but the PC community works together far better than console communities.

      I'm making a generalization based on about 4 hours of Battlefield 3 on Xbox 360. I wouldn't say something if I didn't believe it to be the case.. Team work on consoles is next to none existent especially in Battlefield 3 and I would say Call of Duty culture is ultimately the blame there.

        Whenever I used to play BFBC 2 on PS3 there was always team work.
