Wonder what idiots will blame Sony for this time. Hackers really need to learn when to move on.

In this case, Sony should deserve some credit. They gained control of the problem almost immediately and halted any propogation.

This. I rather they imediately report and take action, rather than what they did previous time. And this even with such a low level 'attack'.

I doubt Sony would make the same mistake a second time.

Sony never made a mistake a first time.

Well, in all fairness, last time Sony's mistake was not having a proper security system in place for PSN, not to mention they had actually fired certain online security employees just prior to their hacking incident.

And the long time between them finding out something was wrong and informing people. Don't forget that.

Their mistakes were extremely exaggerated, but Sony did make some. I hope this isn't a repeat of that.

No Red, ALL systems can be hacked eventually. They got bested, Sony has to be right every time, hackers need to be right only once. TO say they had an improper system is simply foolish. NOTHING is Sony's fault. As a police officer, it is easy to see Sony as a victim and NOTHING else.
