7 of gaming's worst sequels

Wanna talk about poor gaming sequels? How about the selection GamerSquad has pulled from the bowels of its dark and dank memory? They hit on Final Fight: Streetwise, Sonic the Hedgehog, Driv3r and more... check it!

Often developers are only too pleased to dish out more of the same (particular given the rocketing costs of software production), but whether it's an eagerness to please or just pure laziness GamerSquad leans towards the latter some of the most anticipated videogame sequels simply end up falling way short of expectation.

Me too. Enter the Gecko was the first game I ever got on PSone. And it was pretty cool.

  As much similar as halo 2 and 1 was i still think it was ok not a disaster.
  
  Anyway i thought driv3r and sonic was awesome, though i haven't the 360 version of sonic so i can't say how that version went.

I'm surprised that either Devil May Cry 2 or FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus weren't on the list. They were much bigger failures than, say, Gex or Mario Party.

Even though they're all the same, the Mario Party games are still pretty fun when playing with friends.

I never really liked the Mario party game I played...I pretty much avoid them like the plague (helps that I don't have a system that plays them anymore, lol)...

I remember not liking Driv3r myself...There WAS a neat part of it, in Miami (I discovered...something, around the word 'Miami' in the water)....

Some actually say Driver 2 sucked...I disagree, I really liked it myself...
