Long-standing Australian game developer IR Gurus, the guys behind Heatseeker, AFL Premiership series and the "Heroes" flight games, is about to become a subsidiary of Red Mile Entertainment.

Developer and publisher Red Mile Entertainment has announced that they entered a definitive agreement to purchase the remaining shares of Australian game developer, IR Gurus.
