Hey PETA, where were you in 1990 when Mario was wearing frog suits and stealing shoes from innocent creatures, or even in the original Super Mario Bros where he was kicking koopa shells for his own fascist gain with the poor fictional creatures still inside them, let alone in 2006 when he began wearing koopa shells as war armour?

Oh, that’s right, you were worrying about important shit.

Besides, where does it say in the games that Mario's suits are made out of real fur? Hell, where in the games are there even any freakin' tanukis in the first place!?

As a person that doesn't condone murder, I'd like to apologize on behalf of PETA. I hope everyone understands that not all animal rights supporters think nor act this way. I really always try to look at it from their extreme perspectives and try to view the message within, but I just have no bearing this time as to where this came from. Everyone should be against fur (imo), but this is just reaching for something that isn't there... But the worst, the absolute worst: It's not even a good flash game.

oh no, i dont support animal cruelty either, but when you equate that with something in a video game like Mario, that just shows youre an attention whore with no bearing on reality.

Anyone who takes anything PETA says seriously is fooling themselves. They, or at least their marketing department, are a bunch of crazies that just hurt their positions by doing idiotic things like this.

I mean, I'm against animal cruelty but, there is not a single part of Mario's Tanooki suit that implies that Mario slaughtered a racoon-dog. PETA, who I like (I'm on their side of most topics) is just overreacting like almost always.
