PS Vita won't let you open web browser while playing games

Sony has recently announced some very unfortunate news concerning it's upcoming handheld "Vita". The system was originally said to allow web browsing while playing games as well. Sony has now rebuked this statement.

    Not really a big deal. That's how the current system works on the PS3, and it's never been a problem.

    That being said, I wouldn't complain if they actually managed to change it.
