Four new games were added to the Wii Shop Channel at 9AM PST:

  • Adventure Island (NES®, 1 player, 500 Wii Points)
  • Donkey Kong Jr. Math (NES, 1-2 players, 500 Wii Points)
  • Landstalker: The Treasures of King Nole (Genesis, 1 player, 800 Wii Points)
  • Bonk 3: Bonk’s Big Adventure (TurboGrafx16, 1-2 players, 600 Wii Points)

Everyone believes education is important, even apes. To celebrate the back-to-school season, Donkey Kong Jr.™ Math is now available on the Wii Shop Channel. It’ll help you get those math skills back in shape after their summer slumber. After that, there’s still plenty of adventure, treasure seeking and a never-ending supply of bad guys to fight. Good thing it’s a holiday today, huh? Enjoy.

Four new classic games go live at 9 a.m. Pacific time. Nintendo adds new games to the Wii Shop Channel every Monday. Wii™ owners with a high-speed Internet connection can redeem Wii Points™ to download the games. Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel or at retail outlets.

So we finally have Donkey Jr: Math, heh? Its very nice to have it on VC. However, I think this week lacked good titles to for VC.

Hopefully, next week will have better games.

Nothing too impressive for me to put money/points on, but hell, they do have a lot the Virtual Console already, classics.

I really do need to get myself some points to spend, as there are some pretty decent titles being released. I hope they release Mischief Makers (N64) or Pokemon Stadium 2 (N64), games like them. Maybe even Blast Corps (N64) tehe.
