Got a Wii? Want to pimp it up? Hate sticker mods? Don't fancy pulling apart the casing? Want to retain your warranty?

Well why not take a look at the Wii Dazzle, a colourful outer shell for your little console that provides protection and colour all in one.

Sick of waiting for Nintendo to announce the Wii in a fetching shade of green, pink, black, crystal, or blue? Then GamerSquad may have the answer: the Wii Dazzle Colorful from GT Coupe, a coloured plastic shell that snugly fits around the exterior of your console.

The best thing about this? It means you won’t have to faff about with screwdrivers, spray paint, or any of the other everyday household items required for dodgy modifications; which in turn means your precious hardware warranty will still be intact.

Sounds good, I'll be picking up the Black/Crystal when I see one.

I'm a bad little boy for not checking myself, but this is just a plastic shell that snaps around the white exterior of the Wii? Given that in standby mode it tends to get a little warm along the sides, would this be detrimental?

Overheating...? Will the fan be enough to compensate?

The blue Wii looks nice. But I think I'm fine with my white Wii.

I like the Black and Crystal Wii models. Much more colourful than the original white Wii.

I may get one of these after a while.

Maybe after I get tired of having it on its side in the Wii Stand...

I think i prefer my regular white Wii more then any of those. I like the fact that it protects the Wii from scratches and stuff, but i will have to agree with above comments, will the fan be big enough to keep it from over heating, and how will the fan work? Will it just be a hole, or a hole with a fan that has a separate power cable to make the fan work, or will it even plug into the Wii? Personally, i will stay with the regular white Wii, no covers.

Not quite sure you'd have to worry about overheating too much. Plastic isn't a very good conductor of heat anyway so the majority of the heat would escape out from the vent in the back and as long as the cover doesn't block that it should be okay. But don't take my word for it...
