Take-Two Interactive has given a solid release date to the often delayed Max Payne 3. The news comes straight from Take-Two's latest earnings call where the publisher made it clear that they are ready to put Max Payne 3 on store shelves. The game is now set for a May 15 release on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. A PC release will follow shortly after on May 29.
