Infinity Ward recently added the 'drop zone' game type to the Community Playlist, which was previously only playable in a private match. It seems now that they're moving on to another private match game mode-Infected. The classic zombies vs. humans game is coming to the Call of Duty community this Sunday on February 5, 2012.

The game ends when either all players have been turned into infected or the game timer ends. A Survivor's goal is to stay alive until the game ends, however, if you're turned Infected, your goal is to turn all other survivors into infected by killing them.

You will receive 100 points per kill (whether you're a survivor or infected)
Survivors receive an additional 100 points each time an infected kills another survivor.

Robert Bowling discussed various updates to the gametype which include adding the pp90m1, the RSASS, and a ten minute time limit. I'm not liking this game type as much as drop zone :/
