The 1.4 patch for Skyrim will be released on Xbox 360 today, with the anticipated PS3 patch coming very soon. See the full article for the dozens of tweaks and fixes

Vice president of PR and marketing at Bethesda, Pete Hines, announced on Twitter that "It's coming! 1.4 should go up on XBL early tomorrow.” He also said that the "PS3 update is looking good too." It seems that there are just a few technicalities to work out and that they will "update if we get more info from Sony."

They will update if they get more info from Sony? And what if they don't?

TBH Skyrim shouldn't have been so buggy to begin with. Bethesda, you make great games and I love you for it, but you REALLY need to put your work through more quality control.

isnt this how most Bethesda games go for the first 6 months or so? they always release with lots of things that must be patched later.

i'm glitched on the first quest where you have to talk to Alvor in Riverwood. i can talk to him but it wont advance the quest.

That's the point though lol; Bethesda consistently releases games that are filled with glitches and bugs. Now that Bethesda isn't the only one making massive open world games, it's becoming obvious that a huge game doesn't have to be filled with bugs. Kingdoms of Amalur appears to prove this.
