So you've heard that Blizzard is working on three projects. What's the project you ask? Are you hoping for another Diablo game? If so, then you're out of luck. Apparently, the game is called Hydra or at least the project is called that.

So now you know, start your search engines boys and girls, you have something to go on now. We hear internally it is called "Project Hydra", but we won't hold you to being so formal.

Hydra is only the project name, so it could more than likely be a new Diablo game, which would be great.

That's just the project name. Just like Wii's was Revolution, 360's was Xenon, GameCube's was Dolphin...

... Dolphin ? What, are you kidding me ?

Personally, my money's on a new Warcraft. With Starcraft 2 coming out and WoW still going strong, it's only a matter of time before they make Warcraft IV.

I have little hope for Blizzard's crew. Most of the original cast that brought you the legends that were Starcraft and Diablo have gone to other companies. Arenanet got quite a bit of them, they're the ones doing Guild Wars.

After what I've seen with Starcraft two and what they're doing now with WoW.... I'll leave my hopes at the doorstep.

I never like Diablo. If "Hydra" is just a project name thing, I hope it's Warcraft IV.

I'm pulling for Diablo. It's already been confirmed, now it's just a matter of time before they announce that they've started work on it.

I know they've laid tracks down for some of the music, and I read in an interview with the writer of the Diablo series that he's still under contract by Blizzard to continue the story.

Obviously they aren't going to have him write a third part of the story and just throw it in the trash and forget about Diablo 3
