RadioShack: Soon to Become a Gamer's Best Friend

Tired of never finding the game you want at GameStop? Well, Radioshack has you covered. Starting this month, RadioShack will begin to sell video games, just in time for the holiday rush.

Can't find Halo 3 in any stores? Try RadioShack.

Electronics retailer RadioShack Corp will start selling video-game software in its stores, a Citigroup analyst said on Friday.

"Our channel checks confirm market speculation earlier today that RadioShack plans to sell video game software in their stores in time for the holidays," analyst Bill Sims said in a research note.

Shares of RadioShack were up $1.42, or 6.4 percent, at $23.48 in late New York Stock Exchange trading.

      Cause they covered Electronics not games, but now it seems they will get games. Same thing with circuit city and electronic stores, there basis isn't games, i mean circuit city doesn't have alot of games.

        He means from this point on, Radioshack will only have the latest titles released likely within, say, the last 6 months or up to a year.

    Sweet =D The closest gaming store to me is about 10 blocks away. The closest RadioShack is 2 blocks away. Big difference, heh. Hopefully they'll sell computer games.

    Yeah SM, I'm pretty sure they are America only.

      Actually Storm and Silver moon there not just in America check this list for international, probably your not in any of them though.

    It's about time they start selling video games. They should've done it sooner. But I think this has something to do with Halo 3 nearing it's release.

      Well according to what i read they will start with xbox and halo 3.
