Q's secret project has now been revealed although this is not what many of us gamers expected. An RPG called Angel Love Online will be released on the Playstation Network and it's playable for free. Although the company will be able to collect money through micro transactions on specific items. This game was released for the PC last year and will be available for the Playstation 3 in December.

Q's secret PlayStation 3 project has come to light, but it's probably not what you were expecting. The publisher of games like Lumines and Meteos will be showing off its other side for its first PS3 project, a version of the online RPG Angel Love Online.

Free you say? Sounds like another reason for me to start selling my crap on eBay for $$$ for the PS3.

I love the art style. Too bad I won't get a PS3 until sometime in 2008 at the earliest.

Why are they doing this for free?

Because they want to, because people pay more for microtransactions when they aren't spending £20 a month.

Yeah, I kind of prefer having to pay for MMOs at my will whenever I want to instead of having 10 dollars a month off your credit card.

Yeah, I'll definitely look into this...I'll be able to try it out for free, at the least...and if I hate it for some reason, I can delete it, no money lost...

Sounds pretty good to me, this game...the art looks cute too

Expect another free RPG or so on the PS3 from NCSoft, their Guild Wars and Dungeon Runner titles are both amazing online RPGs and both free for online play.

If NCSoft can bring something similar like Guild Wars to the PS3...I'll be a happy man. The word 'free' will definately catch people's attentions, but it looks too 'cute' for me.

It looks too cute for you? What does that mean, as long as its a good game i don't see how cuteness matters at all.

Thats like saying MGS4 is a good game but its too visible advance for my taste, when you played the others.

I think it looks bad. Sure it's okay for a free PC MMORPG but would you seriously use your PS3 to play something as simple looking as that? The whole reason behind PS3 is next-gen, how next-gen is this game? And why would you play it on a PS3 when it feels more comfortable on the PC? It's obviously a game with low system requirements, so almost anyone could play it on their machine.

My point is that there probably won't be huge interest from PS3 owners.

It does look simple, but how much do we even know about the game to start with? I'm pretty sure the fact that it's free will a attract more customers than you give it credit for.

I don't mean to be rude or anything but I've tested countless free games in search of something good. No dice so far. Free unfortunately almost always equals lesser, compared to MMORPGs utilizing the monthly subscription system. I hope I'm wrong, I'm yet to find a game to please all my desires, until then the search of the ultimae MMORPG experience continues

Another reason I would want a Playstation 3, the artistic design on the game looks really good and this.
