If you have bought the Halo 3 Limited Edition Tin then you could be in trouble. The tin case contains a plastic foam pad that doesn't do it's job very well, thus, the discs become loose and they will be scratched. Make sure you check your discs and report it to your store right away.

There was a similar problem with the Prey Collectors Edition, but this problem appears to be more fatal. We'll try to get in contact with Microsoft to see if they've had any reports on this yet, if we find out anything then we'll be sure to let you know.

If it appears to be dangerous to my disc then I'll just keep it in an empty CD or DVD case.
