Jack Thompson's Son Buys Halo 3

Maybe Daddy shouldn't have tried to get Halo 3 considered a public nuisance. Now Thompson's son of all people has bought the game, but apparently it's in the name of "research."

Hey, who cares about research? Junior got his hands on a game Dad's been trying to stop from being released, so he should treat it like a secret heterosexual porn collection to escape from the wrath of the gay porn addict father. :D

In the wake of yesterday’s server-crashing, mind-numbing revelation by GamePolitics that the anti-game attorney sent gay porn pics to a federal judge we could use a couple of Jack-less days.

Alas, it’s not to be. The activist, who sometimes refers to himself as the “Energizer Bunny” of the game violence debate, is at it again.

In a press release issued late yesterday, Thompson claims that his 15-year-old son has once again purchased an M-rated (17 and older) game at a South Florida retailer.

      I just found it funny that Jack let his son buy the game for "research" after trying to keep it from being released in Florida. I wonder what he'll say when his son tries to play the game, since Junior can easily say he's doing research of his own.

    In order to avoid bad publicity and look like a hypocrite, Jack always gets his son to buy popular videogames so he can 'research' it.

    You can bet he's been awake all night searching for the slightest thing to complain about all the while muttering "gay porn must have gay porn"

      Coz he keeps giving Games Free Publicity. I mean come on, how else could Manhunt 2 be added to most kids wishlist if it wasn't in some part to the ban on the game, and Jack saying no to release it?

      Either way, video game companies still love Jack Thompson for fattening their wallets because of all the attention he gives games like Halo and Grand Theft Auto.
