LaRouche: Halo 3 is Ushering in a "New Dark Age"

Chaos Swordsman | September 27, 2007 | News | XBOX 360
First we have Jack Thompson blaming Virginia Tech on video games. Next, we've got a quack psychologist Dr. Phil blaming Virginia Tech on video games. Then, we've got political figure Lyndon LaRouche blaming Virginia Tech on video games even though we know that Cho wasn't a player of video games.

If that's not enough, LaRouche is now targeting Halo 3 and saying it's ushering in a new dark age of society because of all the shooting. When will people just leave gamers alone and let Halo 3 reign on top of the video game sales charts in peace?
The organization of far-out political figure Lyndon LaRouche, which blamed the Virginia Tech massacre on video games, has now targeted Halo 3.

An article on the LaRouche website (see: Halo 3: The Third Wave of Destroying the U.S.) rhetorically asks:

The only darkness in the new age that I can see is the bags under gamers eys for playing too much.

This is stupid. Why can't people just leave games out of events like the Virginia Tech shooting? All they are trying to do is be an attention-whore.

Violent games only influence about 3 gamers every 10 years so whats to worry about?

Of course swearing games influence alot of people but they can't help it whereas most people know that shooting and killing is one of the worst things to ever do. Swearing is only about 132 on the list!

I didn't know Dr.Phil said the VT shooting was caused by games (even though we know it wasn't). I guess I has a new person to hate somewhat along with this LaRouche.
