According to Microsoft, the game set new pre-order records for games in Australia, followed by another reported record broken for fastest first day sales, which totaled 50,000 copies and AU$6 million in revenue.

I don't see where you get the "this game was bad everyone will be wanting a refund!" thing from. Some people weren't happy with with it, other people loved it. Don't make such a general comment. I know I love it and everyone I know loves it too.
