Halo 4 Already In Development?

At the recent Microsoft event that took place this month. MSXBOX WORLD were informed that Bungie will not rest just yet as they are developing a new title in the Halo series although it's yet unknown if it's a prequel or a sequel. Or actually the game that will be dedicated to the Halo movie.

Speaking with Bungie at an exclusive Microsoft event this month we were informed that there was no rest for the wicked for the team as they were already beavering away at the next Halo game in the franchise. When questioned whether the game would be a prequel, Bungie remained tight lipped as always but we have a hunch that the game might actually be Halo - The Movie Game (insert movie title prefix here). Either way, it's early days considering many are still tackling the single player of Halo 3. With huge sales across the globe for the series, there's no doubt that gamers are in store for more fighting whatever the guise may be.

With the popularity of it, you know there's going to be another. It doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be crap though. They've made an entire universe to play in. The story doesn't have to revolve around the same characters.

downfall? the campaign may have been shorter but the story was incredible compared to the past two. the ending made me go back and play 2 again to see if my view has changed on its campaign. and with a graphics upgrade i don't think this game will drop any time soon.

You guys are actually acting like this IS news.

We've known about Halo Wars since Early 2006. We've known about not one, but TWO Peter Jackson game projects in the Halo Universe since Mid-Late 2006 as well.

Not to mention, we're getting another novel this year. Halo 3 is not the end of the series, wasn't really expected to be.

I would love to see the MJOLNIR IV, should this be prequel.

It would be nice to see Master Chief/Spartans when they were at their prime.

Wow, they most likely made millions off of Halo 3, I would think like them and make another. I mean, everyone is going to buy it, and that means more money!

xD. That's true; people will want anything with Halo written on it after the crazy/scary release of Halo 3 . But meh; I just hope it's good. That's all that matters; it also has to give us some more insight on the story xD.
