Sony just recently announced the new 40Gb package for the Playstation 3. This package will deduct backwards compatibility of Playstation 2 games and the obvious 20Gb from the hard drive. Although surprisingly Sony told PS3Now! that the 40Gb PS3 will be in Satin Silver.
Sony today revealed their upcoming 40GB Sony Playstation 3. Unfortunately this new model will not be backward compatible, meaning it wont support any PlayStation 2 titles. It will feature 2 usb ports and no multimedia card reader. However it seems that Sony possibly forgot to mention one "new" feature ...

You mean just like how the original PS1 was black...
And DEZVOUS, I think he was referring to the original PS3, not the PS1.
I imagine the 160GB version (if there is indeed going to be one) is going to be white.
Imagine if they make a Rainbow coloured PS3 or an Emerald coloured PS3... Viva El Wacko XD
