Guitar Hero II still kicking your butt? Wish you could move your fingers faster? There's no need to when you can just think it! Granted, you'll look a bit silly with the head gear...

Technology developers are poised in the next month to debut new "brain-computer interfaces," which will allow video game players to control their PlayStations and Xboxes with their thoughts, not their fingers.

The devices are powered by neurosensors, attached to points on the scalps of players, where the "Alpha," "Theta" and "Beta" brain waves can be detected, according to researchers.

Yeah, I do think I've seen this sort of thing...

I actually saw that big article about the future of gaming...This (hands free gaming) was a big part of it...

That does look quite impressive. The video made it look a bit inaccurate, however. The video looked like it was fake, but considering this is an official report, I doubt it is.

This is definitely some interesting technology, however.

This would be good but i wouldn't buy when untill later on in life (so i can enjoy all my great games)

This helmet can make anything wackier than Super Mario Galaxy (and in that game you can walk upside down and sideways!)

Wow, this is pretty interesting, I doubt it'll be happening anytime soon, and most likely this will be released much.. much later, probably when we have kids =D.

A head guitar? I wouldn't buy it, but it does sound really cool. I would at least like to try it out.

Thank you! I'm not the only one thinking about this!

My idea was that the headband would pick up electrical impulses that make up what you think, and send it over to the device to be interpreted into whatever language necessary so it can execute a command.
