Rock Band Drum Kit And Microphone Delayed To February 2008

According to Gamestop, EA will be delaying the individual drum kit and microphone for Rock Band until next year, forcing you to buy the entire bundle if you want the drums or mic.

Gamestop is saying that the individual Drum Set and Microphone peripherals for Rock Band have been delayed until February 4 2008. If you want the drums or microphone you’ll have to buy the entire 169.99 bundle, so if you were planning on using your Guitar Hero guitar controller (which is compatible) and just buying drums you’re screwed until February 2008.

Seriously, what is with misleading titles these days

I thought I was gunna have to buy the game with only the guitar then wait till february to get the mic and drums. But we can still buy the full bundle on the first release date...phew.

yeah...a bit misleading. But this sorta seems like a bit of a rip off to force you to pay for something you might not necessarily want.
