Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time
13 hours 32 mins ago
Capcom has today announced that it is developing its originally PS2-only action-adventure, Okami, for the Nintendo Wii.
The title, which was well received by the critics, unfortunately, was not met with the same respect from consumers, despite a brilliant art style and original gameplay mechanics.
In Okami, players assume the role of the wolf-embodied sun god Amaterasu to set the world straight after the legendary monster Orochi has come back to life and turned it into a wasteland. The action-adventure title was originally released for the Sony PlayStation 2 last year to great a great critical reception, so perhaps the firms decision to bring it to Wii will be more fruitful.

If so, this is great! That painting mechanic would work excellently with the Wii remote, and this is a game I missed out on. It never sold very well, so hopefully it gets the attention it (supposedly) deserves this time around. A $30 price point, like Capcom's RE4: Wii Edition, would make this a must-buy. Hopefully they will have a few extra additions (and a graphical update), as well.
If this is true, I'm surprised they are just announcing it now. People have been begging for it for ages.
Theres no PS2 exclusive thats safe while Nintendos out there! =D
