1. Halo 3 Ending *Spoilers*

We have listed 10 issues which Bungie needs to address or have completely screwed up with the production of Halo 3. In no way are we anti-halo or anti-Bungie, we gave Halo 3 with a 9.7/10 in our review and are just pointing out the obvious flaws in the Halo 3 game.

Is something like this even necessary?

The only one I sort of agree with is the melee combat - or maybe I'm just bad at it
I thought the ending was quite suiting as well. It could have been better, but Bungie stuck to their Safe Zone and pulled it off quite nicely ^^

If these flaws screw up the game so much, then you wouldn't have given the game the score that you did. It just seems people have a need for attention by complaining about Halo 3.

By telling the score they gave they are telling you that those 10 screw-ups arent THAT much of a change, and might have been the only thing that dropped the rate from 10 to 9.7.

Anyone gonna list all the flaws for Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros Brawl when they're all out?

    Didn't think so. *bleep*ing fanboys.

Often is it that these lists come from people who have been waiting ages to play the game, they hit it and then they're immensely satisfied as is the purpose of the game, then they sit around a bit longer and realize the snap and the fizzle are wearing off for them.

This can happen to any game and it has happened before. Don't think that just because Halo is in the spotlight now that it means that nothing else will be bagged on, it will in most cases. I love how you predicted the future though so you could make your lack of a point, did you climb into the DeLorean with Doc and scream ahead to a few weeks after the launch of these titles?

As for MP3 I've seen people talking about the game for a while now, while it gets hyped for making use of the Wii controls better than most other titles it also gets slammed for the gameplay and general function to some of the things they did with the game.

What is the deal with so many people? Say one (in this case ten) negative thing about Halo and its called a crime. Why is it taken as a personal insult when the flaws of the game are pointed out? Are Bungie/Halo/Microsoft Fanboys extra sensitive? And before anyone claims otherwise... I have no problem with Halo- its a pretty cool game, though dreadfully over-hyped.

At the same time I, like so many other rational human beings, regard it as a game and- therefore, vulnerable to the same flaws as other games. Wouldn't all of you rather hear the minor black marks on an otherwise great game, as opposed to everyone 'keeping them a secret'?

Come on. How immature do you have to be to start lashing out everytime somebody says 'You know, Halo 3 was great, but -enter some perfectly reasonable complaint-'. Now I could understand if they were making outlandish claims like 'Dual-wielding is so stupid they should have removed it' or 'Master Chief is a terrible character to have star in a game- get rid of him'.

I'm not pointing fingers or calling anyone out here, but I know it does hurt Halo's reputation to have such touchy fans. Heh...

Honestly, I've never played Halo 3. I'm just wondering why should this be under news, or rather, why is this a posted article.

Numbers 9 and 8 are the only reasonable ones on that list. Everything else is literally being nitpicky.

Melee combat isn't bad, it's actually well thought out.

The melee system, well thought out ? What the hell are you smoking ? This new melee system is probably the stupidest idea I haven't seen. Your melee damage depends on your shield strength ? Bullshit. You know what does work:

YOUR SHIELDS DON'T AFFECT YOUR *bleep*ING MELEES !!!!!

        Tenken Oct 24, 07
It DOESN'T. Shields only matter upon TWO people engaging with EACH OTHER. The one with the higher shield WINS.

        WTF is wrong with YOU.

    10. Bungie.net Site Integration: The Bungie site is absolutely fantastic. It tells you everything, how many kills and deaths with each weapon you've had or, on each map and in Ranked and Social, it has a record of every game you've been in, I think, or at least a few hundred, how many kills and deaths you head with what weapons in those, where you came. And it has loads of uploaded photos on it, albeit it can forget to upload some but oh well. What else could you ask for?

    9. Team Voice: I admit this isn't very handy.

    8. Maps/Playlists: The maps are good, they are already working on a map pack. And the playlists are fine.

    7. Weapon Balance/Changes: I think the weapons are balanced personally.

    6. Online Multiplayer Net Code: ??

    5. Playlist Ranks: It takes time for the ranks and skill levels to settle in new games. Give it time and you wont be surprised to find veterans that appear to be noobs.

    4. Melee Combat System: I cannot deny it, I hate the melee system

    3. 640p Native Resolution: Boo *bleep*ing hoo.

    2. Frame Rate Issues: There aren't any, there may be slight hiccups in the game but the framerate is perfect.

    1. Halo 3 Ending *Spoilers*: I felt a little strange about the ending, while it was cool, I was hoping to actually see a little more action, but I think it was fairly powerful and does leave room for a sequel.

I really don't know what it's like and if it's really as bad as he's saying it is because i don't have xbox 360 but I do play it with my friend at his house and it is pretty good and fun so...
