A man was shot by a 38 caliber revolver on Saturday morning in Youngstown, Ohio. Officers were informed that Allen K. Frost and his friends were getting high and playing video games until an argument arose. The argument was over losing a video game. The victim was 18 years old and was found dead in the living room. The name of the person is yet to be unveiled, but will be soon for pending family notifications.

The reason why Frost owned a Revolver is because he wants to protect him and his family. Frost is now in jail and charged with murder.

What's the world coming to?

In Youngstown, Ohio, a man was shot dead Saturday morning after an argument over a video game.

Hes gonna obviously leave out that they were high and that is most likely why the guy killed him and say "OMG video games are EVIL he shot him becuase the game said so!!"

Whats the world coming to, you ask? The sadly ironic thing is that this doesn't surprise me. Nothing surprises me anymore. We didn't wake up one morning and find the Earth in distress; the human race has been spiraling out of control for many years now.

Brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "Death Match", neh?

But yeah, more fuel for Jacko -_- Course, most of the fuel he gets, is from some psychotropic-like alternate world, which explains why his arguments are nonsensical >_>

Hopefully the guy that shot him doesn't own any Grand Theft Auto games.

I hope he owns some barbie games or something, then Jacko can go nuts saying "Barbie causes MURDERS!!!" so he'll get a lot more people to just stop listening to him. He really needs to stop getting attention, he just thrives on it.

        quote
        Barbie causes MURDERS!!!
That'd give me another to hate Barbie.

Seriously, this just proves that guns and video games don't kill people, drugs and stupid people do.

I don't blame video games for this. Or drugs. I blame Frost, since even if he was high, he already had to pretty psychologically disturbed to do something like that.

Hmmm, I wonder what it was that they were getting high on.

I would guess Marijuana which should of made them laid back. But still it does impair your judgment and that's got to be taken seriously into consideration. The only problem is Jack doesn't seem to seriously consider anything unless it's how to look more like an ass.

Pretty soon we'll start training for shooter videogames by going to Iraq and blowing up terrorists...

That is sad for man kind

I mean that is just a stupid reason to kill someone!
Was the murder on drug high or something cause that is stupid.

Why do that in the first case or did the game really tell him to kill someone

Don't tell me you are buying into Wacky Jacky's BS.

Games don't tell you to kill people, smart guy. Games tell you to play the damn game and then go back to the real world and live your life after you're done.

Someone killing somebody because of a competition that they had when they were all high? I'm not really surprised. That doesn't mean the world is going to hell, that just means they got high.

Want to know what makes me think the world is going to hell? The fact that some video games have to have a 'WARNING: NOT REAL' label in order to be put on the market. That really says something about society, eh?

*Feels nothing except for annoyance at Jack Thopson*

That was sarcasm, sure Jack Thompson is a jackass, but you guys are twisting someone else's death into it somehow being his fault just like he will do to video games.

Not that I am comparing you to him, but I am.

It's tards like these that cause games to get banned. If they had any sense at all this would've never happened.

Even though it has little to nothing to do with the video games?

No one cares if it was the video game or not...he is dead, nothing can be done. people chose whether to play them or not. Frost is a screw up, and my 18 year old friend, who NONE OF YOU KNOW got shot because hes a selfish ignorant asshole. Do not judge one of my friends and say that he had it coming, or he deserved to get shot. NO ONE deserves to get shot no matter when the reason is. The reason is drugs, Frost is really messed up in the head to do this, and hes gonna pay. Stop assuming things that you people know nothing about. You dont know him, so dont judge him, especially when he cant be here to defend himself. It makes me sick. So unless you know him, stop.

Calm down. Nobody said the guy deserved it.

People called him a *bleep* and an idiot, and frankly, he shouldn't have done the drugs so he kind of is.

As for if it was a video game....Actually, yeah. That has a lot to do with everything. The video game has almost nothing to do with the murder, but it will be the main scene of investigation. Hell, Frost may get off scot free just because he was playing a video game when he killed the man......Because video games 'made him do it'.

Video games didnt make him do anything, thats a stupid crock and just something to blame is stupid mental mind on. Frost is screwed up in the head and yes he should not have done drugs but you also didnt know the stuff he went through and the things he did. So do not ever call my friend an idiot or anything. This discussion has nothing to do with any of you people so why are you sitting around talking about an incident of which you dont know either of the people involved. This is none of your business and you have no right to sit here and talk about people you dont know. Video game blamed or not, video games fault or not, you still have no right. So do us all a favor...worry about your own lives and stop talking about our loved ones. Save us the breathe and waste on something else.

Dude, I can understand what your trying to say, but this is something I gotta say. Shut. The. *bleep*. Up.

Of course video games didn't do anything, video games don't send out messages for people to kill someone else, I think thats obvious. Yes he shouldn't have done drugs but he has NO right in the bloody universe to take anybodies life no matter what crap he went through or did. Also, yes this really doesn't have anything to do with us, but you do the same damn thing to a whole slew of things I bet. For instance, you see a murder being talked about on TV, you see that the guy got arrested, and he had a trial and got off bloody scott free for MURDERING someone intentionally, I bet that you will go something along the lines of "Why the bloody hell did he get off scott free for killing someone?!". Ok so maybe you won't do that, but everyone in the world has stuck their nose where it doesn't belong, be it talking about somebodies relationship, some piece of news, or some celeb's problems. You will instantly make an opinion on it, this you can't deny. But oh when we do the same damn thing to something that affects you, you act like a complete ass.

Your such a hypocrite. Get the hell off your high horse.

We have the right to talk about news, that's all that's going on here. Ever heard of a TV station called CNN? that's what they do as well so get over it and let us talk.

    Capn Droid Oct 31, 07
Are you CNN? No. Are you NBC, ABC, FOX, ESPN, or even AZN? No. So watch out on who's the real news program. This is related to video games, not murder, although the thing includes murder, which happens to be the highlight.

I am not a hypocrit I am simply saying that one of my best friends got shot over a video game...and it is ridiculous. Frost is crazy and all I am saying is that he was on drugs and thats what the reason for shooting my best friend was. It had nothing to do with video games. Sorry I am trying to stick up for my best friend who just got shot because Frost wanted to "protect his family"
