Metal Gear Solid 4 Delayed

Metal Gear Solid 4 was first scheduled to be released this winter then Q1 next year. Now unfortunately the game has been delayed yet again for Konami to further improve the quality of the game and provide even more enjoyment. Probably means they would like to add more side missions or anything optional, could mean anything really. Now that Konami is polishing MGS4 we all certainly hope that this game doesn't get delayed again once we get nearer to Q2.

KONAMI announced today that "METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS", the latest in the METAL GEAR series, is scheduled to be released in the second quarter of 2008.

    I believe a large reason behind this is after all the player feed back from TGS and E For All.

    It's bad news that it has been delayed, but the good news is we might get more hours of play time or a game that is bug free.

    Oh man, that's the 3rd game that I was planning to get delayed. Oh freaking christ.

    Oh well. A polished game, the better.

    Was that Q1 release date official. Sorta seems like the official dates are getting pushed back more and more these days. They should wait on these until they are sure.

    Well, I'm kind of happy it's been delayed. They'll have more time to fix all the bugs and glitches and add more features. This game will really be so good ^^

    I didn't know it was going to be released anyway...

    Good, it gives time to it, allowing people to get it exclusively after Christmas, when not everyone will have the cash. I see this as a good thing.
