I think the idea is, you're out and about but you want to do something on the PS3. You go to Starbucks or w/e, and connect your PSP to a wi-fi spot. You can then turn your PS3 on and use remote play to check your messages, or maybe go on the Playstation Store and start downloading a demo so it's finished by the time you get home.

Thats how you feel, but there are a lot of people who have been waiting for that feature. Microsoft has been doing it since the first XBOX and even some PSP games allow you to do it. What is the big problem with recognizing something your audience wants?
