Toys 'R' Us Exploits Wii Shortages

SSBB_Crazy | November 20, 2007 | News | Wii
Whats worse then a shortage of Wii's? Somebody admitting it. but since Wii's are generally in short supply its really not Toys R Us's fault. The article reports: "A source has told SPOnG that, having heard that the Wakefield branch of Toys 'R' Us had Wiis in stock, they headed down to get in line." Will these shortages just get worse as time passes as we head towards the Christmas season? Maybe, but hopefully Nintendo kicks it up a notch for all those last minute shoppers.
"SPOng: "As if Wii shortages a year after launch weren't bad enough, Toys 'R' Us seems to be determined to take £300 from you if you want to get one before Greedmas."

I went to toys r us to use a gift card and people went crazy over the wiis. Damn, I guess most Americans are spoiled, cause they were cursing at employees over something they truthfully could not supply.

I HATE SHORTAGES. Not for me since I have, but come December, good luck for Moms and Dads.
