PlayStation Home updated to build 0.7.7

PlayStation Home has been updated for those lucky enough to be part of the closed beta. The update has added several new features to the service, and a few modifications to existing features. Home will go public in Spring 2008.

Changelog:
* There's a new building in the world, although it's currently one that can't be entered
* You are finally able to enter your Home Space's patio
* You can now use your own pictures in your Home Space
* A game launching option has been added, though it is not functioning completely at the present time
* The cinema's movie theatres have transferred from the second floor to the first floor
* America, Japan, and Europe each have their own server now

      Makes sense, decreases server load, which leads to better service (less slowdowns, more content, etc)...

    It sucks for me i don't even have the closed beta. When the hell will the real Beta come. For everyone. Sony stated sometime late November and early December.

      Course you didn't get in the closed beta 0_o Only about 10K people did...and for the open beta? Well, from what I heard (ages ago, same source that mentioned 10K for closed beta), it was 50K...

    Spring 2008, I can not wait to get this as it is something I have been meaning to ponder with ever since they announced it. Not long to go now .

    Good updates btw, especially the split servers.

    I doubt they'll be available in Spring...I bet for Fall '08. Just seems more likely, imo. Work out some extra kinks.

      No we're still in it. The change in the theater didn't make sense to me. The new building is a big purple building left of the theater. I wonder what it's going to be. I can't seem to figure out how to add my own pictures to the frames in my Home Space. Every time there is an update we have to redecorate our Home, every thing goes away. I wonder if it's going to be like that after the release.
