2K Games releases free downloadable content for BioShock

It's already a frontrunner for 'Game of the Year' but that hasn't stopped 2K Games from releasing brand new downloadable content for FPS epic BioShock. Lucky, lucky, lucky.

Features presently appearing on Xbox Live for the Xbox 360 exclusive include a selection of new Plasmid upgrades and Tonic abilities, along with new Achievements and fresh interface enhancements.

The Xbox Live download, which is completely free, will also arrive as part of a special patch for those players enjoying the devastated city of Rapture on the PC format.

    I definitely have to download this later. This is actually making me consider playing something that isn't Call of Duty 4.

    The Sonic Boom Plasmid sounds like it's a lot like Telekinesis. The new achievement sounds hard as hell. I couldn't get through without dying on Normal.
