Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

It seems that the boss at Square Enix really enjoys the 360 and doesn't look at the Wii with much praise. Also could this say something about the future of Square Enix's games? Seems that the boss favors the 360 over the Ps3 and Wii. Who knows, Multiple Disk Final Fantasy for the 360?
The boss over at Square Enix has come out and stated that the Wii is the exact opposite of the Xbox 360 and the PS3 because the Wii is bought as a toy, while the Xbox 360 is bought by people who like games.
He stated that the attachment rate for the Xbox 360 is far higher than that fo thr Wii. The attachment rate is the number of games people buy for their console.
He stated that people who buy the Xbox 360 really like games while people who buy the Wii are not buying it as a game machine, but instead are buying it as a toy.
In regards to the Sony PS3, he stated that he urges them to define their place in the gaming market with their console.
He stated "The Wii is the antithesis of the Xbox 360. Its strictly for hardcore gamers. The attachment rate for the Xbox 360 is much higher than for the Wii. People who buy the 360 really like games... "
"I think the current trend is that most people arent buying the Wii as a game machine, but as a toy... It seems that Sony isnt sure what it wants to do. Is it making high-end electronics or a game console for gamers? I want them to clearly define their console. "

it is definitely a strange thing for them to say.
Crap, the apocalypse is coming any second now.
God, the fanboys on all sides must be pissing themselves right now.
But nonetheless Its probably another jab at Nintendo or whatever, but still kinda harsh.
Think about it. Comparing the number of games 360 owners have over both PS3 and Wii owners is like comparing apples and oranges.
a) 360 has been out a full year longer. That means early adopters of the 360 have had twice as long to buy games, and therefore should have at least twice as many games, just from the time standpoint.
b) 360 games are reaching there second and third generation, while both PS3 and Wii are just barely reaching second generation games. Developers understand the 360 now, and have had ample time to work on great products, while those same high quality productions are still in the works or coming out in the coming months for the other two systems. So, a 360 owner has more quality games to buy right now, also due to time. In this regard, SE is not helping at all, since most of their games for Wii and PS3 are still without solid release dates.
I'd have to agree with a few statements made alreadt here. Square does always seem to run to the winning side- though the 360 isn't at the top, and nowhere near that in Japan. On that note, it seems pretty suicidal to put their cash on the slowest horse in Japan.
One other thing strikes me as funny... Less than a year ago, some reps from SE were doing the opposite of this. They were claiming that the 360 had no place in the Japanese market and therefore would be a risky platform to look at- the PS3 was a wonderful piece of technology and could achieve levels of gaming never before imagined- and that the Wii's immersive controls could recreate gaming for the next era.
Go figure. Heh...
He wants to PS3 to become what it can.
It's like Training an elite Marine, which costs losts of money, and is capable of many things but sits there and does almost nothing.
Sure, PS3 has a few good games but they aren't taking advantage of it's full power, or even half of it's power. Instead, they just made it able to compete with the 360. Why not go the extra mile? It isn't sony's fualt, it's the companies that don't want to over come the 360. Because xbox noobs (meaning just the noobs) will be getting upset "why is the PS3 better than my 360!"
so, in order to keep peace they just leave it...
MGS4, Kilzone II, and Tekken 6 will show how powerful the PS3 actually is, and that's what I can't wait for.
But in all logic, I can't see why they wouldn't support the 360 and bash the PS3. The 360 has a much much larger userbase, so many more games, better quality games, better online, I could go on. The PS3 has a tiny library, a small userbase, lower quality games and a fledgling online service.
And the Wii is just as the price indicates.
