Team Ninja boss and creator of Dead or Alive and Tekken, Tomonobu Itagaki, has this week been cleared of charges of sexual harassment lodged by a female co-worker.

The harassment charges saw Itagaki (Dead or Alive, Tekken) accused of forcing kisses upon the plaintiff and holding her against her will on several occasions. When the now ex-Tecmo employee reported Itagaki’s conduct to managerial staff, she was instructed to settle the matter under her own motivation, which subsequently led to the lawsuit.

The case has been going on for a long time. Perhaps now he can focus more on the next DoA. ^^

You should already know by now that Team Ninja usually only does one main game at a time.

You'll be lucky to see DOA5 by late '09.

Yeah I know, but they are basically done with NG2, just need finishing touches. So why not move on already?

How do we know they are already finished with it. I haven't a confirmation yet. Besides if it was done then we would get an early release than Spring of 08, not to mention Tenken or Ekou said there notorious for delaying games if it isn't up to par to there liking.

Glad to hear that this case is cleared up, and that there is no more issues. Been thinking of buying a Dead or Alive game (as suggested by my friend), so the fact that this issue is done gives me joy.
