GTA IV Trailer to be Released Today (8:00pm GMT)

Tonight Rockstar will be releasing a new trailer that you can view on the official website. No concrete details over what will be shown in the trailer or if it is indeed even that long. However, to wet the lips of the army of gamers ready to turn pimp-druglord-gangsters, Rockstar did release some screenshots yesterday, that can be seen here.

Prepare for the internet to explode, come 8:00pm GMT time.

Rockstar Games is fiddling with Sellotape and generally fastening up the final bits of a new Grand Theft Auto IV trailer, which is set to go live tonight at 8pm GMT, which is noon in some other part of the world or something.

The new trailer will be called "Move up, ladies", and will add to our already considerably considerable knowledge about GTA IV.

    I can't wait. The first GTA game on the 7th generation of consoles better be good.

    That's in just an hour, will definitely be checking it out. The respective third trailers for the recent Grand Theft Auto titles have always been the best and have shown off each game's signature features.

    Am I the only one who doesn't even care about seeing this?

    I don't even plan on buying the game.

    GTA doesn't even have freedom, it's an illusion "OMG I can steal carz and work out!" Please, that's boring.

    Mindless killing game, you complain that assassins creed is repetitive, what's GTA?

    Revenge, Drive here, drive there, drive over here, oh no! Police who never get or find you, lame weapons. It's all hype.

    Actually, GTA could be so great, but the storyline, and the main characters just suck too bad. I mean, it's nothing like reality and it's not even cool fantasy.

    Rockstar has all gamers by the balls, and they can put naked midgets in GTA and nobody would care.

    EDIT: I knew people can't wait for thumbs down this, go ahead do it. Prove GTA is making you it's slave XD

      I thumbs up'ed you back. Sure, it may seem repetitive-like...but what game isn't? Unless a game is massively updated everyday, you can't deny that just about all are repetitive.

    What a let down. At least the characters seem to be better.

    Depending houw the weapon system turns out, and if I get to see some gameplay I might consider it. I'm just so mad that everybody over hypes GTA way too much.

    And why is it always america?

    graphics look horrible, even though people say "it doesn't matter" Graphics for sure, make it a better experience.

    and why is everything so dark? like Slums.... New York is better than that... :/

    with this much hype, we better be able to go inside any building.


    Come'on. Give me thumbs down, after all this IS gta, it HAS to be good...

      Was that rant necessary, we get it you don't like the game, but millions do it has more fanbase than Halo if not the same. All games in a way gets repetitive and i don't see why thats a reason to bash it. And GTA is one of those games where you don't have to play the missions if you don't want. One day you cause mayhem the next continue the story and etc.

      This trailer was by far the best one shown at this point in time, had tons of gameplay not exactly the same gameplay like a player controlling it but still game play. This game as you call has hype cause we know it delivers the goods as promise and its always pushing the envelope with game play.

    I'm not too sure about that Steel, I think one of the editors must have been confused. I'm going to amend it back to 8:00pm.
