The Florida Bar Association v. Jack Thompson case will be concluding today. However, the judge won't be making her decision until Spring 2008 because she needs to study the court documents.
It appears as though Thompson has a feeling that he's going to be disbarred. He's filed multiple motions with the federal court system to vacate the case and each one has been denied. He has filed another one this morning, but no word yet is available as to whether it's been denied.
If Jack Thompson winds up getting disbarred, it wont happen this year.
The controversial attorneys trial resumes this morning and is expected to conclude later today. However, in order to make her ruling, Judge Dava Tunis will need to study the lengthy transcript of the proceedings.

Hopefully losing the ability to practice law will finally make him realize the world hates him.
