The Florida Bar Association v. Jack Thompson case will be concluding today. However, the judge won't be making her decision until Spring 2008 because she needs to study the court documents.

It appears as though Thompson has a feeling that he's going to be disbarred. He's filed multiple motions with the federal court system to vacate the case and each one has been denied. He has filed another one this morning, but no word yet is available as to whether it's been denied.

If Jack Thompson winds up getting disbarred, it won’t happen this year.

The controversial attorney’s trial resumes this morning and is expected to conclude later today. However, in order to make her ruling, Judge Dava Tunis will need to study the lengthy transcript of the proceedings.

    Thank *bleep*ing god.

Hopefully losing the ability to practice law will finally make him realize the world hates him.

That, or he'll just have more free time to continue is anti-video game crusade ...

Haha, I think he'll get even deeper and make fake documentaries or something showing why video games are the sole reason why we have events like the mall shooting and 9/11.

I wonder what the outcome will be? I mean if he gets disbarred he will no doubt appeal until he exhausts all options available to him. If he is disbarred he will now doubt be a BIGGER pain in the ass of all gamers. What else would he do?

He's already stared in one up coming documentary on how videogames caused 9/11

Fact is either way he's still going to be a pain to the gaming community, and until gamers can ignore him he's just going to continue this craziness. Its kinda like banned bypassers in a sense if we acknowledge they're there, they will continue to feed off it and continue the BS.

Quite frankly i don't care what happens i just wish people will stop talking about him in general.
