Official XMB Themes have custom sound effects

Several new official XMB themes were made available to download in yesterday's PlayStation Store update, but they contained a surprise. A few of the theme contained custom XMB sound effects, further customizing the XMB. Download the Heavenly Sword theme, Mesmorise theme and the Ratchet and Clank theme to see for yourself.

In yesterday's PlayStation Store update, Sony released several official XMB themes for the PlayStation 3. What they failed to mention was that the themes come with custom sound effects, which can be heard when navigating the XMB. Currently, the Heavenly Sword theme, Mesmorise theme and the Ratchet and Clank theme have sound effects.

    Yea. When I downloaded them (which they all look pretty good btw) I was surprised to hear the different sounds. Definitely caught me off guard.

    Yeah I hate it. I downloaded the Motorstorm Theme and sound is really off putting. I deleted it after 10 minutes.

    Sounds nice though from what I read abouth it may not be =[. I will find out later.

    Not particularly interested in sounds though some people like Mnmfan thought is was annoying.
