Via NeoGAF, comes news of a new RPG being published in the US by Atlus U.S.A., and developed by Sting Entertainment. The name of that game? BAROQUE.

From the information currently available from the site, the game is a dungeon crawler with randomly-generation dungeons. The setting is a post-apocalyptic world, where the protagonist with amnesia must venture to the bottom of the "Neuro Tower" to heal himself and also the world.

A quick look at Sting Entertainment's wikipedia page shows a game of the same name for the Sega Saturn, so this possibly could be a remake.

A DARK TWISTED FANTASY
The world of Baroque is one inhabited by twisted people. Meta-Beings, Angels, the Order of Malkuth, and the "Neuro Tower" are all tangled threads of the warped tapestry that is Baroque.

A WORLD THAT CHANGES EVERY TIME YOU PLAY
The protagonist must head to the lowest floor of the Neuro Tower and fight through the foul denizens of the world. The Neuro Tower itself is also constantly distorting, and hence, the protagonist will be introduced to a new labyrinth every time he sets foot inside.

Battles with Meta-Beings
Strange and twisted Meta-Beings will impede your progress through the Neuro Tower. You will need to use your purification abilities as well as a vast assortment of weapons, armor, and even parasites.\

I dunno if I should get the Wii version, or the PS2 version...... I hope the wii version is better though, since I would like more Wii games as I have enough PS2 games.

Multi-system? They had better still make the most of the Wiimote. Looks good though, I do like the level generation concept as well.

BAROQUE = 3D graphics and characters > Wii
    Disgaea 3 = 2D sprites and basic interfaces > PS3

    WTF is wrong with Atlus.

For BAROQUE and Disgaea 3, Atlus is acting as publisher, not developer.
