Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts have now been re-released in a 2-game compilation. The compilation has been titled Scribblenauts Collection and is currently only released for the Nintendo DS in North America.

Scribblenauts Collection is now released for purchase in North America with an E10+ rating (No announced European release as of yet, unfortunately).
