Your Faithful Companion Cube Sends A Holiday Greeting

The GLaDOS over at Aperture Science has provided viewers a feed into what seems to be a very serene holiday view. Your Companion Cube would like you to go and sit by the...fire with it. No, really. There is cake too.

The scene is set through the electronic eye of a security camera and all looks calm...except for the fact that there is a turret hiding in the wings while your faithful Companion Cube sits helplessly near a yule-tide fire and, of course, your cake....

    Same here, I am also trying to figure out what the ornaments look like. I am thinking they could be miniature 3d models from HL2 but cannot be sure.

    That's probably the single best game video I've seen all year. Good job Valve. First the hysterical commercials for TF2 and now this.

    Oh and I looked closely at the ornaments. They're models of the character classes from TF2, and the stockings have the logos for Aperture Science on them.
