Haze delayed...to August 2008?

The game was set to be released November 2007. But Ubisoft delayed the game to early 2008. But now you can pre-order the game on Ubisofts website, but it say's that the game will be released August 2008. That doesn't sound like early 2008 too me.

    It's not early '08, it's mid. Honestly, I'm ok with this. I'd like for them to spread out release dates and give us something to look forward to in the Summer.

      Yeah, we need more Summer games. 2007 was supposed to be the best year ever for games, but I was bored out of my mind last Summer.

      The business year starts in April, does it not, so it's technically still a few months away. Looks like a really good game, something different. It's a shame really.

        By that, I meant the fiscal year, which begins July 1st.

    Because the game is coming out for the xbox. So its a possability that it could aslo come out for the xbox at that time along side with the ps3. Unless they are just working with the ps3 version right now.

    I swear I remember them saying being delayed to early 2008. Well atleast we have some sort of date to look forward too.

      It's long been known that Haze is exclusive to the PS3.

    And its a PS3 exclusive, not even mentioned on their 360 section of the website. You can always keep your hopes up though (don't hold your breath).

    You know how long it's been confirmed that Haze is a PS3 exclusive (and not timed)? A very long time. The other versions were cancelled outright.

    Anyway, this is a little disappointing, but if it needs a delay, it needs a delay. Though the PS3 is becoming notoriously common with delays...

    What the hell. I remember at e3 they said that it was a timed exclusive. Sheesh I need to get my information straight. Its so confusing about what is going with this game.

    Why go on the 360 section. I go on the recent news section when you first come here. It makes no sense to do that if your just going to see the same articles anyway. Besides i wouldn't be surprise if they are delaying it cause they're making a 360 version. Yes im well aware of them saying its exclusive but do we really know why its been delayed twice now.

    Not like i care at the moment. Too many games to get in 08 for me.

      I don't go on the Xbox section, it's listed in the Gen 360 forum on Neo, I'm just wondering why when it doesn't affect the 360 in the slightest. A lot of single console news seems to be cropping up in both forums recently.

    I always wondered why does bad news such as this get such high ratings...

    Anyway, this sucks because I was looking forward to this game. Hopefully they're taking this much time to make it a Halo killer like they said they would.
