BioShock slaps its own back for 2007's accolades

Boasting various Game of the Year awards and the "championing" of numerous online gaming publications, 2K Games is keen to let everyone know just how good BioShock really is.

In a move likely designed to bolster seasonal sales and fend of the award attentions of rival software titles such as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Mass Effect, and Super Mario Galaxy, 2K Games has this week oiled and flexed its bulging BioShock muscle for all to see via a recap of the game’s current achievements.

    And why shouldn't the guys from 2k Games be proud?
    They made a great game that was both commercially successful and an absolute joy to play.

    With all of this hype and awards it's been getting, I think I'll make the effort to acquire a copy of BioShock.

    Okay, I think it has established on too many occasions that Bioshock is a great game.
