Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

It remains to be seen whether a light-fingered EBGames employee filched the PlayStation 3 and replaced it with a similarly weighty phonebook before the box hit the store's retail shelf, but, either way, young Brandon Burns was no less disappointed on Christmas morning when Sony's latest console was nowhere to be seen.
while the PlayStation 3 box promised much, its contents proved to be hiding little short of festive disaster in the shape of a local area phonebook where a PS3 should have been residing.

If he brings his box into the store, and says that he was ripped off, most likely, the retailers will laugh at him and say "nice try" -_-
I mean, if it was that easy, you'd see everyone bringing in crap, saying that someone ripped them off or something >_>
But yeah, that's gotta suck for this kid.
Wonder if the guy who pulled this off got his inspiration from that Xbox 360 ordeal a while back at bestbuy.
I hope the media gets this spread far enough for the poor kid to have a case.
That would totally suck.
No doubt i would have been pissed if it was me, luckily i already have my PS3. But im glad its resolved, something like this can ruin a store's reputation and lack of customers.
