Yes, you heard right. Cruis'n is no longer the worst looking Wii game! Konami has now stepped up to the plate and introduced a (previously coin-operated) 2D-ish arcade-style shooter to Nintendo's next-gen console. Why oh why would Konami - of all companies - think that rereleasing Target: Terror on a console would be a good idea?
In fact, Target: Terror makes Cruis'n's graphics look (*gasp*) almost good!
Color me puzzled. Why would anyone, and I mean anyone, want to port a horrid, mostly unseen coin-op rail shooter from 2004 to the Wii?
Maybe Konami thinks the kitsch factor will outweigh what will soon officially be the worst graphics on the Wii console. That's right this makes Cruisi'n look like a Playstation 2 game. I'd blame the horrid graphics on the Wii, but I've seen the arcade game and they were just as bad on the 2004 coin-op, maybe worse

The graphics are disgusting, and the gameplay seems choppy.
though about 99% of the people who talk about gameplay dont even know what it means, im in that 99% i dont know what gameplay is but hey thats what sounds cool to say today.
I need to email Konami and ask what they're smoking and where I can get some of it come review time otherwise I'm going to be feeding the disc to a paper shredder.
"come review time"
I review games and gaming hardware for companies. I wouldn't buy this pile of garbage.
I must admit, though, I am looking forward to it's release just to read the reviews.
This is terrible, really, really terrible. They look like old classic arcade games. I expect these sort of things to appear on the Virtual Console.
The graphics should at least be decent and up to the standards of most Wii games.
Put simply: if we own a console that is supposed to have good graphics, we expect all of them to look good.
