Unhappy with Undertow? Get an 800 Microsoft Point refund

After Christmas glitches to its Xbox Live service, Microsoft promised to deliver a free Arcade game as an apology to its subscribers. That game has arrived in the form of Undertow.

However, for those Live gamers who have already paid and downloaded Undertow, Microsoft's offering is somewhat flat.

Stand up, citizen! Call the Xbox Live customers service line and get your 800 Microsoft Points refunded.

While Microsoft is unlikely to widely advertise that existing Undertow owners are able to recoup their costs, hoping for consumer ignorance to save it a few bucks, the fact remains that a call to the much-maligned Xbox customer service line should see 800 Microsoft Points promptly restored to your Live account.

Yeah i agree, shame they pick the title. I'm just downloading mine now. First 2 times I tried I had xbox live error messages :s

This sucks, I though we could swap Undertow for the 800MSP but you had to have DL before.
