However, for those Live gamers who have already paid and downloaded Undertow, Microsoft's offering is somewhat flat.

While Microsoft is unlikely to widely advertise that existing Undertow owners are able to recoup their costs, hoping for consumer ignorance to save it a few bucks, the fact remains that a call to the much-maligned Xbox customer service line should see 800 Microsoft Points promptly restored to your Live account.
