Played the boxing on Monday, still a tad sore from it, haha. Played it for about an hour straight, beating friends.

It's a workout, doesn't have to be a 'cardio' workout, but a workout nonetheless...damn fun with friends to play with.

It's a video game system, it's not meant for exercise.

Still, it's fun, and you do get a decent amount of exercise. Getting a chance to play sports in a realistic situation is entertaining.

Agreed, if people want real exercise, why not go out and jog? Video game systems aren't meant to physically drain the players.

So, they tested a video game console for a cardio workout fitness test? Okay, that made my day.

Really, video games aren't mean't to be workout equipement. It's a form of entertainement, and not something you can put your daily workout process.
