  Wow! I didn't expect to get a whole article in response to a post I made to the last article (http://www.gamegrep.com/news/7020-nyko_review_wii_gaming_accessories/) promoting these items.
  
  You have to wonder why Amazon has 46 1 star reviews on it: http://www.amazon.com/review/product/B000LFJNF2/ref=cm_cr_dp_hist_1?%5Fencoding=UTF8&filterBy=addOneStar
  
  These people seemed to have the issues I posted about.
  
  I didn't bother buying one of these since I already own rechargeable AA batteries and a charger, so I have no experience with it.
  
  I'd watch recent reviews on the product before buying it. Check to see if in the last 3 months have the negative reviews gone down below the current 26% level. If so, then buy it. If not, then don't.
