With a reported $50 million USD securing exclusive extra GTA IV content for Microsoft's Xbox 360, PS3 fans may have been since feeling somewhat disgruntled concerning DLC. Well, rumour has it there will be plenty of downloadable content when it arrives on the PlayStation 3.
Current online chatter suggests that Redmond-based Microsofts big-dollar edition of Rockstar Games upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV will be bolstered by the inclusion of two longevity-friendly downloadable game chapters, which will arrive exclusively on the Xbox 360 platform via the Xbox Live Marketplace.
However, those chapters while no-doubt tantalising - will supposedly be the sum total of the exclusive content secured by Microsofts bank-busting deal, with all other downloadable content related to the eagerly anticipated title equally as available for the PlayStation 3 as it is for the Xbox 360.

Its just the chapters that are exclusive.
MS just got two particular expansions that the PS3 CANNOT have....So, I imagine both consoles will have the same content (expansions), with exception taken to the 360's episodic content >_>
Red 9 not entirely the DLC for 360 is just an addition to the story, and an extra island, its not going to affect the PS3 version. Both versions are the same without DLC, its just these content will just make the game more enjoyable for others.
Although RR stated without the DLC this game can literally last forever. So basically the DLC is virtually pointless.
*bleep* extra missions, even though i favor the 360 over the ps3, i dont really care about this extra content at all.
