Okami won't be growling at the Wii until summer in Europe?

Without doubt one (if not 'the') best videogame creation of the last few years, Wii gamers are likely thrilled at the prospect of getting their paws on Capcom's PS2 masterpiece Okami. However, it would appear that EU fans will have to wait a little longer than their North American cousins... as per usual.

Reports suggest Clover Studio’s spectacular action/RPG will not be appearing in PAL regions until some time in the summer. By direct comparison, lucky Wii gamers in the US will be able to snatch the game from retail shelves as early as March 25.

If true, this supposedly reliable insider information goes against Capcom Europe’s initial release projection for the region, which would place Okami in European stores before the close of spring.

    Another game to look forward to this year, nonetheless. With Brawl coming out in March, it should keep me occupied until I want something a little different.
