Halo sneakers? Surely, Adidas could do better?

Halo merchandise. Don't people ever get sick of this stuff? When someone thinks it might finally be over with the Halo gaming chair, up comes this. Adidas has released 100 pairs of limited edition Halo sneakers.

Yes, just when you thought you were the ultimate Halo geek, just when you thought there was nothing else that Bungie could whore its first-person behemoth onto, up prances Germany’s favourite three-striped sporting brand with a truly, truly hideous addition to the growing catalogue of Halo merchandise disasters.

A picture is worth a thousand words and, in this case, if we were pushed to submit a thousand-word news article then the vast majority of them would begin with ‘f’ and end with ‘ucking ugly.’

    Heh, I do like the look of them. Black and blue, good colours. Beats the annoying plain white or standard school shoes of black. Although the design isn't the best...

      Thats like saying Let it rest SE let it rest, with all the FF7 games. Its not going to happen, as long as the Word halo is on something it sells millions.

    Playing games is one thing. Wearing merchandise as ugly as that is just a membership card into the geek squad.

    They don't look, terrible... they don't look good though.

    I know for sure that I will be seeing a few people wearing them around school shortly, though.

    To me, the look really bad, I wouldn't buy them.

    I love Adidas too, but no way would I buy them.
